Managing Candidates

About: Before a test can be scheduled, there needs to be a list of candidates in the system associated with the relevant centre and subject. This video is a step-by-step guide to adding candidates to the system.

Objective: By the end of this video, you will be able to create individual candidates in the system, as well as upload a list of candidates from a CSV file, should you have a large number of candidate accounts to create.

Next Steps: Think about the most appropriate method for you to create candidates in Surpass. If you have a large number of candidates to enter initially, the CSV option may be time-saving.
