Creating a Numerical Entry Question

About: A Numerical Entry question will allow candidates to enter only numbers as the response to a question. This can either be an exact value or within a range set by the item author. This video will demonstrate how to create this question type in Surpass.

Remember to view the lesson on ‘Creating an Item’ before attempting to create any of the question types.

Objective: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to create a Numerical Entry question in Surpass.

Next Steps: Consider whether this question type would be suitable for items in your subject and view the lessons on how to create other question types in Surpass. You may want to create a Numerical Entry question of your own, if it would be suitable for your subject.
